Location and terrace. House was clean. Near shop, places to eat and beach! Excellent house and great comms from owner

It would be great to have a book with some local info in it. For example, the fact there is a great boat service to Poros and local beaches, where the shop is, the fact there is a wonderful bakery nearby and which restaraunts are nearby. This would have saved us time and provided some key local knowledge

This was a fantastic choice for Poros. First, you have an excellent host, Nektarios, who is quite literally your man. He goes above and beyond to make sure you’re having a pleasant stay (thank you SO much Nektarios). Second, the apartment is right on Askeli beach so you can quite literally wake up and jump in the water. A boat stops right near the apartment as well which you can take to monastiri beach or the Chora. Apartment view is charming and the decor is quaint. Overall, a must-stay!

The house has a very nice style. Everything was very clean. The view from the big balcony is unique. The owner made us feel very welcome. He was very kind and made our stay pleasant. Our kids loved the place. Definitely recommended. Hope to visit again!!!
