Perfectly located, easy check-in/-out with digital room keys that worked perfectly, very clean room

The stairs to room 5 were a bit challenging with luggage on hand, but it's manageable, just takes a bit more time 😊

Very smooth process despite it being contactless as there is no front desk. Location was central Haarlem so little shops and cafes nearby.

The stairs are very narrow, but it's not the end of the world.

Posizione facilmente accessibile. Quartiere centrale (ad Haarlem) ben collegato ad amsterdamo con treni veloci e frequenti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimi servizi di ristorazione nelle vicinanze. Self check-in assistito. Stanza pulita e confortevole con grande bagno, tv, frigo (vuoto). Macchina del caffè/ bollitore in camera.

Mancanza di ascensore. Avrei gradito una bottiglia d'acqua in frigo.

Location was good.

I requested a twin room. We ended up with a double bed. Luckily we were good friends! More light needed in the bathroom. Bathroom sink requires soup!

Lovely room, good facilities and coffee!

Shame there wasnt any hand soap on the sink. Small detail nothing major
