Gets all day sun in the front room that I had! Was very quiet, peaceful area Easy high-trust access Was only a short 30min walk to my conference One double bed was all I needed. Blissful sleep Really enjoyed my stay

Nah, all good here This place is perfect for travelers As a hard-working teacher, the place was just incredibly peaceful and restorative I'll be back anytime I'm in Dunedin for sure I've travelled across NZ and stayed at over 80 places over the last 20 years and this was up there amongst the best cheap accommodation I've ever stayed at

"Fine with shared bathroom"

The common areas were cleaned each day and the room was nice. Staff were friendly.

The stay depends on who else is in the house. We were there for over a week so saw many different people come and go and some were messier than others.
