I made reservation for a family suite with a livi g srea includi g a sofa bed as published onli e. This was my family requirement fot 5 persons. On reaching there to my disappointment i was given two rooms and one was very small with no windows. On inquiring with front desk I was told the information online is not accurate; I would call that misleading information. Later for every smallest thing I was asked un reply that would be charged; hotels charging for their rooms to this level are usually courtious. Breakfast was disappointing. Rooms were not very clean and at night discovered a large crawling insect in the bathroom; had to call housekeeping to bring insecticide and get rid of the insecticide. The staff very casually responded these are common in humid conditions.

Worst Location, worst staff, totally untrained and no internal communication. They agreed to let us check in at 11-12 but we waited almost 3hours wandering here and there, tired of 6-7 hours travel and sitting in hot open place because the person who made commitment and conveyed to the management, they just forgot. And every time when they said they'll clear the room and let us check in, and after the given time when we asked them for check in, they would give us another extra 40-50 mins. We were so tired and fed up that we decided to go for any other hotel. Then they committed to give us complimentary 1 time lunch/breakfast after we checked out. But when we intended to claim that, they said there's nothing complimentary like that. It was so embarrassing. Nothing like special aur good services in this price. It's better to go for some good brand where you actually find value for your money.
