"Dirty place full of cockroaches"

When we arrived the room at midnight we saw 3 cockroaches on various side of the room. We also saw bunch of hair under pillow. Becasue of this mess we couldn't stay this room and left the aparment to stay an other hotel. We demand our payment back from owner. Until now he didn't respond. We have videos and photos of the bugs and hair. So we definetly not recommend this place. Waste of money and time.

"Does not worth what we paid."

In the heart of the city.

The owner was available through WhatsApp. Although many previous reviews mentioned the hot water problem, he didn’t leave an explanation in the flat about how to turn it on. We thought we turned the water heating on, when we came back it was cold water again. Time was late we didn’t write to the owner to ask. There were cockroaches and a bad smell everywhere. The flat is in a building with very poor conditions. Bed was not comfortable. The bathroom was so narrow, difficult to stand without touching the curtain or the walls. On Saturday night ( August) we travelled for 2 hours for parking, during high season, car parking is an issue. Luckily it was summer we went in very late and left very early.

"Decent stay."

Easy to find, close to the water, store and restaurants. Great for a short stay. Note: hot water needs to be turned on beforehand.

Small cleanliness concerns but would book again. For the location, I don’t think the cost meets the value of the stay, as in it’s high, but during the busy season maybe. I don’t know the area well enough to know and I was just passing through for a night.

It was clean

It was very small apartment. Actually one small room with a WC and one sofa that transform to bed. Didn't warth the money we pay for it. I can assume that this price should be monthly rate and not daily rate.
