The host arranged early accommodation. Comms were clear and effective. Good location, 10-15 minutes walk from metro.

After 5 nights we discovered the source of the many bites my wife and I experienced during the stay: we found several bed bugs on the bed and immediately moved out to alternative accommodation. As a precaution to avoid bringing infestation home, we discarded two suitcases and some belongings and spent significant time heat treating and laundering remaining clothes. The situation caused major disruption to our trip. The host agreed to refund the unused nights, and Booking.com provided a partial goodwill refund while the case was being reviewed.

Good location, not so far from the city centre, spacious, calm

The flat is infected with some insect. We got bitten so bad, one of my friend had to be hospitalised after the return back home. I informed the cleaning company several days ago, unfortunately I haven’t received any apologise directly from the owner.

very good location in a quiet place, close to bus station or metro (even if uber is always a good choice). The host was very kind. A welcome kit with a wine was included.

Heating in winter is a problem in the whole Lisbon. Nobody can blame it as a particular problem of this property. We were a bit unlucky to have the first night a bit cold (outside temperature was 5 degrees). During cold nights there is a massive lost of heat through the kitchen. A door to close the kitchen would help to preserve the heat in the entire flat.

Appartement propre et fonctionnel. Ligne de bus proche. Facilité d'accés à l'arrivée et au départ. Bonne communication. Climatisation fort appréciable. Calme.

Frigo non dégivré qui gêne son utilisation. Eau de douche qui s'évacue difficilement et quelques mauvaises odeurs.

I like how the unit is complete and its clean and spacious. Advantage is its very near to a grocery.
