Onar Camper

We booked 2 nights only because we were afraid the place would not be as advertised given the very few reviews it had at the time of booking (only 2 if I recall). Once we arrived and stayed at this amazing place, we regretted not to have booked all of our remaining stay in the Chania area here in Onar Camper! The place was very clean and well kept. The comfort was just the ideal one and it fully matched the desired, more nature driven, experience. The place is very well decorated, with good taste! I appreciated the bookshelves and the vinyl collection that you could actually listed to. There was enough bed space for 4 people. I did test the bunk bed and it seemed comfortable. The main bed was spacious and really comfortable. We slept really well there. The shower could be taken either outside or inside though the outside option was definitely wilder :) We had barbecue both of the days so we could enjoy the outdoors as much as possible: the gas barbecue is definitely handy! The inside kitchen was fully functional with stove, sink, fridge and coffee machine. Kitchen utensils were all provided and some basic ingredients were available as well. The camping experience with outside shower, barbecue, laying on the outside, having the cute olive trees around, etc., was just perfect to fully disconnect from the world and relax. We were also greeted Highly recommended and I'll definitely book again on a next visit to Crete!

One thing to keep in mind was that there were no keys to lock up the place when you'd leave during the day (you could lock it from the inside at night). I'm not sure they could be provided or not but given it was a remote enough location and our valuables (documents) were always with us, it was not a problem.
