Everything! It was the first home we have stayed in that genuinely had everything you could think of! We lit the fire both nights and it was fully equipped with logs and matches!

"Home away from home in beautiful Sligo"

This was our second stay at Lilac Lodge and it won’t be our last! It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind, a true home away from home. The house is beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and has absolutely everything you could possibly need. You can tell a lot of thought and care has gone into making it comfortable for guests. The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the strand and close to all the charm that Strandhill has to offer, from coffee spots to sea views and scenic walks. It’s peaceful, cosy, and welcoming. We felt right at home the moment we walked in. We had such a lovely time and would highly recommend Lilac Lodge to anyone visiting Sligo. 10/10!

"Pleasant"

The house is in a lovely location. Beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice.p

House was tired and in need of painting throughout. There were no instructions for the hot water or cooker we messaged about the water heater but didn't bother when we could not get the hob to work.The ensuite shower didn't work and we could not adjust the temperature. The ceiling in the kitchen was stained and this did not look recent. No curtains in the bedrooms just blinds so very plain. Hover sitting in the kitchen in front of a cupboard. Not worth €500 for 2 nights as it looks unloved.

The house was lovely and cosy and perfect for a stay with friends. The beds were comfy and bathrooms brand new with underfloor heating. Host was very responsive to messages.
