房子比较新，也比较干净。

明明写着有停车位，但其实没有，只能停路边。而路边早就停满了车。每次回来都要祈祷有位置 每次都要停的远一点。房间里有很多蚂蚁

The manager reacted promptly to all our requests. The place is near the Cathedral Square. Not a long walking distance to the Avon river, the tram terminal and New Regent street with the tramway track and all the fabulous cafes and restaurants. If you use a car then this place makes Christchurch "11-minute" city - wherever you want to go, usually it takes around 11 min!

We stayed at this place for a long time. Staying in CBD area always has its drawback - the early morning street noise. In the afternoon the parking near the place can be a big problem - sometimes (on weekdays) we had to park the car on the parallel Barbadoes street and walk.

Alles super sauber und alles vorhanden, was eine vierköpfige Familie benötigt. Super Luxus, dass beide Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad haben; unsere Töchter waren im Glück. Lage auch super, fussläufig alles gut erreichbar. Parkplatz einmal direkt vor der Türe, das nächste Mal direkt in der Seitenstraße. Check-in wieder perfekt flexibel per Code. Würde ich sofort wieder buchen.

Den Verkehr hört man halt ein wenig…
