Walk to CHCH CBD modern townhouse 2 bed 2 baths

Nicely appointed for a compact living space. Good supply of dishes, pots, etc. Coffee maker with fresh coffee would be nice. Closets had lots of hangers and shelves. Bathrooms had good storage. Lots of outlets for charging electronics.

Description should say it is “Not” handicapped accessible. The bedrooms and bathrooms are up a lot of steps. I have a weak hip but was able to manage the stairs. Second bedroom is a steep climb. Needed a clean sponge and more kitchen towels. Clothes dryer took 3 hrs to dry a small load. Better instructions on using washer dryer.

Prime location, a short walk into town. House was very clean and tidy.

We took the very top room and it was EXTREMELY HOT, that room definitely needs air conditioning in it. We only had 4 towels for 4 people.

Extremely good value for a very large property that is very modern and well finished. Great communication from the owners in general as well.

Location was a 20 minute walk to the Central City.

28 stairs up to the second bedroom.

Loved it especially the garden and sun chair . Clean and spacious.

Very little , perhaps look at the pillow cases but that was a minor thing.

Convenient Location

Very minimal kitchen supplies. Probably best for single travellers.

Was comfortable 3 level apartment

No air-con in bedrooms and was further away from city to walk.

The property was very clean and instructions clear. The only thing missing was milk for a hot drink. Suggest long life milk in cupboard.
