Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία όμορφο και περιποιημένο σπίτι όπως και ο κήπος. Το διάλεξα για να ντυθω νύφη εκεί και δν το μετανιώνω καθόλου..ήταν όλα τέλεια

We had a wonderful stay at Ilios Luxury Apartment. Everything was perfect-the location is excellent, the apartment itself is modern, comfortable, and very clean, and the garden adds a beautiful touch for relaxation. Having private parking was a big plus, and the host was incredibly kind and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to staying here again!

There is more than what you see from the photos. High standarts, you will find more than you expect. Very clean, well designed and new big house with own garden which you can rest silently. We find what we need in the house. Thanks to Pantelis who welcomed us and introduced the apt. He also give important info about neighbourhood. There was a nice surprise for us on table. Best in area, location is perfect both for beaches and city. Hope to visit again

Идеальная чистота, встретили нас быстро, дружелюбно, без задержек. Дом полностью соответствует описанию и фотографиям. Площадка перед домом просто великолепна, особенно, если есть маленькие дети! В самое пекло на террасе тень! Прямо напротив дома, через дорогу, очень популярная кондитерская с вкусными пирожными и выпечкой.

Минимальный набор посуды для готовки, порой его не хватало на 3х человек. Нет минимально необходимых продуктов, таких как соль или растительное масло, например. Если кончились капсулы для посудомоечной машины - придется докупить их самостоятельно или мыть посуду руками. Матрац в спальне требует замены, так как ужасно скрепит! Так же нам предоставили только одну большую простынь на двоих, чтобы укрываться. Одеяла не было! Хотелось бы больше разнообразия в этом смысле. Не всем комфортно спать под тонкой простыней и делить её с партнером. В целом очень шумно, так как дом стоит вдоль оживленной трассы. До моря пешком идти 5 минут, но проще доехать на машине, иначе придется идти вдоль дороги без тротуара и переходить перекресток без пешеходного светофора. С ребенком на руках это сделать нереально!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived, and it was clear that a lot of care goes into maintaining the place. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. One thing that really surprised us was that the apartment looks even better in real life than in the photos—something you don’t experience often. For those who love to barbeque, there is a wonderful outdoor kitchen area with a wood-fired oven and grill, perfect for enjoying local flavors. The spacious terrace is a real highlight, featuring two separate seating areas: one with a dining table for al fresco meals, and another lounge group where you can simply relax and take in the stunning mountain views towards Drama and Kavala. Another great detail is the two air conditioning units, one in each room. This made it easy for everyone to set their preferred temperature, which was especially appreciated during the hot days. There is a good bakery on the other side of the road from the terrace. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend our holiday. Highly recommended.

One thing to be aware of is that the traffic outside the apartment can be quite lively, which is fairly typical for southern Europe. It didn’t bother us too much, but it’s something to keep in mind. Also, when walking to the beach, it’s important to stay close to the edge of the street, particularly if you have small children with you, as the road can be busy at times.
