Os funcionários são incríveis, gentis, atenciosos, alegres e fazem todo o possível para nos receber bem e tornar a estadia o melhor possível. Principalmente no meu caso que foi uma estadia longa, fez toda a diferença.

A cozinha precisa de mais utensílios. E talvez um black out melhor no quarto, mas percebi que isso deve ser cultural, pois toda hospedagem que peguei em Cape town usam apenas cortinas normais. Esses pontos não tiraram a beleza que é acordar e olhar a table mountain da varanda.

I felt secure, made use of the Bootleggers down stairs and could walk to the destination I needed to or use the my citi bus. The wifi was also very fast and reliable. My roommate was courteous and we got on amicably.

It was not very clean unfortunately. Long term guests made themselves at home in terms of fridge occupancy, dishes or cooking left unattended and personal items permanent fixtures in communal bathroom.

We left after 10min. We thankfully managed to get refund. They list facilities on the room which are not there. Namely, balcony , coffee machine and oven.

There were 3 guys playing video games at the reception. Being bothered by us checking in especially to deal with our complains.
