You will have serious house envy if you stay here. The place is stunning, the facilities are fantastic and the host family are absolutely lovely. We stayed for 4 nights after our flight. I would happily have stayed longer! Highly recommend.

We spent a wonderful week at Villa Zadro in Croatia with our three kids, and it truly exceeded all our expectations. The house was spotless, fully equipped with everything we needed, and incredibly comfortable for a family stay. The garden and pool were absolutely stunning—perfect for relaxing, playing, and enjoying the beautiful Croatian weather. What made our stay truly unforgettable was the hospitality of our host and his lovely parents. They went far above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. From helping us with the grill and generously sharing delicious food with our family, to giving us lifts when needed and always greeting us with warmth and kindness—they made us feel like part of their family. Villa Zadro is not just a place to stay; it’s a place to feel at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

Everything was perfect

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Zadro! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed and completely at home. The villa is spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing holiday. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with lovely attention to detail throughout. The outdoor area was a highlight – perfect for enjoying meals, relaxing in the sun, or letting the kids play. The location is also fantastic: peaceful and private, yet just a short drive from the airport, beaches, shops, and restaurants. Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, offering great tips for exploring the area and always available if we needed anything. Their hospitality truly made our stay special. We would definitely recommend Villa Zadro to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable holiday – and we hope to return again soon!

The outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, children’s swings and slide, and the gym with pool table were great for the children and kept them entertained. Josip, Marina and the family were very helpful and attentive giving us tips about our stay in Dubrovnik. Marina provided us with local dishes which were delicious and very welcome. The airport is only 1km away and the villa is in an ideal location for exploring Dubrovnik and the nearby area, as well as going across the border to Montenegro & Bosnia. Highly recommended as a base of visiting Dubrovnik.

Excellent facilities with large private garden and pool area. Fully equipped with outdoor kitchen and toilet, fireplace, grill, fridge, deck chairs, playground, indoor gym and pool table. Two shaded outside dining areas. The host family was very nice and even cooked a local meal with homegrown vegetables and grilled meat for us the last evening of our stay. Great location close to Cavtat and Dubrovnik.
