An absolute dream waking up to an insane ocean view. Loved napping and watching the surfers. Very cool decor and layout. Great access to the quiet end of Bingin Beach. Fabulous attentive staff and my suitcase was carried up and down the steps for me. Highly recommend Archie’s.

The stairs were no issue for me, but may not be appropriate for unfit people.

Amazing location on the cliffs just above the ocean with an great view

It’s listed as 85sqm so I assumed it was a decent sized appartment with full facilities. In fact it’s less than half that size so only has room for a bedroom on one floor and bathroom on the other. No water provided (and it’s not easy to buy nearby or at night so bring your own). No blinds in the bathroom so a neighbouring properties has a pretty good view in. Blinds in the bedroom are not effective to stop sunlight. Not what I hoped for with the rating others have given.

The view is absurdly good. 20 sec walk to the beach and lots of beachfront restaurants too if it’s not high tide.

Make sure youre comfortable going up and down steps (there are big and small steps), it’s a fairly short walk to the apartment but it’s quite intense, after a few times your legs will feel used to it. Black linty towels (use the white ones they’re much better), power goes off randomly but it’s a neighbourhood issue (be mindful of the circuit breaker in the bathroom, switch it back on a little while after power cuts out), shower pressure could be improved

This was our last stay on our Honeymoon. I really looked forward to it because it was different than all others. Location on the beach, something different. I am a it conflicted about the review tho... I think the accommodation itself is really nice, great concept of the villa. Just be aware there are stairs you need to take to reach your accommodation..(this was not a problem for us). The location - Bingin Beach is really nice and lively and we really enjoyed it. The accommodation is new and overall comfy. I would stay again but want to get a little bit better experience for the money.

The drawbacks (which can be removed) were: - during the day, the room gets really hot even with AC running on full, I think the unit is small for the space? But I think that is normal since Bali is hot and humid.. in the evening the AC is able to cool the place. - The place could use some deep-cleaning. I found an old razor after the previous guests, also there was a lot of dust. On the other hand, the sheets and towels were clean. - It would be good to add some curtains to the windows downstairs - it would help the privacy (I think I flashed someone going to the beach :D) These are all manageable things. Since the accommodation is new, I believe they will be willing to improve. :)

Fantastic view of the ocean and sunsets from the bedroom. Love the bathroom and the design of the whole place.

Nothing it was great of course there are a lot of steps to get down to it

1. Good seaview as promised. 2. Not sure if I was communicating with the host. Issue surfaced was resolved timely.

1. Received meeting point via WhatsApp only when I was on the way in a vehicle. Will be helpful if I received these infomation before I depart from home country so that I can plan in advance. 2. Really dark alley walking from main road to house after sunset. I think someone can get lost if their sense of direction is poor when navigating in the dark to and fro. 3. Stairs are slippery when wet especially using it after shower. Suggest to put some anti-slip paint / tape on the stairs. 4. No TV. Can be bored if returning back to house before sunset, in order to avoid walking in dark alley. 5. Person who brought us to House did not know where is SafeBox or did not understand as I asked him a few times and they only said "Yes Yes". Only found the Safe Box ourselves the next day below the table. 6. Toilet rolls provided were either mouldy or stain with insect droppings. Managed to get them changed out after dropping a message using Booking.com app. 7. Black towel provided on the bed were not water absorbant. Hard to dry oneself after shower. 8. Black towel provided were filled with black fiber/linen. After shower while using it, we are covered with all these black fiber/linen. 9. White Towel provided in the cupboard comes with a very strong smell of detergent. Do not dare to use after shower as I am not sure if detergent on these towel were thoroughly washed off.

The view is amazing. That cozy house on the beach has a good vibe of living with the ocean. One morning monkeys came to our balcony. It was kinda scary but very unusual at the same time. We didn't open the door, they fortunately left pretty soon. The stairs to the house and further, to the beach, is good cardio. There is a small cafe on the beach really close to the house. We really loved the smoothies and bowls there. The host owns it and gives a nice discount for breakfasts. The lamps and overall design of the house is cozy and cute

A little bit of ants here and there. The ocean is loud:D We never lived so close to it and there is small sound proof. But we got used to it after two nights 👍 Be aware that these stairs are not your friend if you have knee issues or are not a fun of the stairs.
