Timpa rooms

The location is amazing, especially if you make use of the roof terrace in which you could spend hours relaxing and enjoying the view. The owner was very helpful and kind. He let us use his garage to lock up our 2 motorcycles for a small fee. Breakfast was a simple italian breakfast at a nearby cafeteria.

An exceptional apartment right in the middle of Pizzo with the most spectacular view from the balcony and a panoramic view from the terrace rooftop. We were only here for 2 nights but it was the perfect end to our time in Italy and we wish we could’ve stayed longer. The main bedroom was spacious and we used one of the murphy beds in the kitchen/living area. The shower had THE BEST water pressure and heat we experienced in Italy and the kitchen had almost all of the facilities we needed for our stay (did need to buy a corkscrew). The host was easy and friendly to work with. We recommend Pepe Nero for excellent seafood and Dante’s and Ercole for gelato/tartufo.

Everything was perfect!

Everything was perfect, from breakfast to supper in the nearby vicinity.

Central location, accomidating host, all the room essentials you would expect from a boutique hotel — plus, additional nice touches: a beach umbrella we could use for the day, a lovely roof top terrace with a sunset view, and a safe place to park our bikes overnight.

A wonderful little apartment centrally located only steps from the town plaza. Great view of the coastline, too, and a spectacular view. deck for gazing at stars in the evening. The interior, bed, bathroom and kitchenette were all new, and had nice design elements. Just a great stay, all around.

It has a nice garage, with different keys I think and a bit of a 'funky' opening process. Might want to offer instruction to potential visitors for those doors, AND for the exact location, which was a bit confusing via Apple map directions. But, hey...nothing is perfect, and once we were there, and in, it was perfect on all levels.

The appartment is in the great location in the old town of Pizzo with perfect view to the castle and sea. It was very comfortable, clean, well equiped. The host was very friendly.

Great location with amazing view from our balcony and marvellous view from shared terrace. Mario is great host and respond in matter of moments. Shared also garage with us!

Right under the balcony is small piazza where park all motorbikes. The windows are sound proof, but for the ones who are bit sensitive it can be problem. Nevertheless our kid slept without problems:) Breakfast shouldn't be included in the price, it take place in one nearby bar, where they offer just some low-quality pastry and coffee. We tried it only once.

Newly remodeled. Great view. Super clean and the shower was like being under a waterfall!
