Perfect location, clean, tidy, comfortable apartment, super well-equipped. The bed was a dream:)

The best location, safe and very clean place. Staff was very attentive.

The location is great and the flat was cute :)

The building is very big and it is hard to find the flat. The instruction given were not very accurate and there is no door number. My main issue was that the flat had and old style heater (very common in Budapest) and it wasn't working. It was quiet cold inside and I called the company, they sent someone out but that person could't fix it. The next day they said that someone will come and fix it but nobody came. We used the aircon which gave a bit of heat otherwise it would have been unbearably cold. I understand that sometimes the heater breaks but during the winter it would be the priority to fix it the next day or at least least the company could have told me why it could't have been fixed.

Unfortunately the table was by far too high & we were not able to use it, need a proper table rather than this make shift thing that was built. , had to eat with plate on our knees. Door didn't shut properly to shower room. Leak in the toilet onto the floor.

Alert ⚠️ 📢 🚨 ⚠️ 🚨 Hygiene issues 🚨 🪳🪳Cockroaches 🪳🪳 Scam📢 To be avoided absolutely It was horrible, Disgusting, they charged a 39€ cleaning fee but the shower was full of hair, stain on the bed sheet, and spider & spider nets on the walls, from the second day of my stay I woke up to cockroaches. One big down my bed. And many baby cockroaches on my checkout day cockroaches got even more and worse. I contacted Booking.com on my first day of check-in and they confirmed they had sent multiple emails and called them multiple times but The property management used the excuse of not receiving emails from Booking.com support agents during my stay so they refused to issue a full refund to me. Neither is a cleaning fee refund. They also used another excuse. Saying they can't find my booking confirmation number in the system. But at the same time, they sent me an invoice to my email with invoice number MBARR-2024-54 so that's all ridiculous. They didn't want to issue a refund for a stay of 2 nights 102€ full of cockroaches. And Booking.com support team only offered me a 25€ credit 9 days after my checkout. Even due im a Level 3 Genius member with priority support ( I transferred that credit to my bank card it may take 20 days to receive it) Also, they have had a very complicated self-check-in. Key keypad didn't work I texted the property they replied very late. They used the heat excuse for the keypad to not work. They said there Was a key box on a pipe somewhere but it wasn't anywhere I did multiple tries. And after 30 minutes I got inside Avoid this property and any other property managed by budapestapartments.com Unprofessional stuff, Very dirty, Hygiene issues

The property was clean, cozy, there was no noise at night… it was fully equipped and we found there everything we needed. Communication was very good, we got instructions for everything. Recommend!

This small, but comfy and clean and quiet apartment has all one can need. The friendly host provided all the information we needed. We spent a week: 2 adults and one child.

A lot of the buildings are old in this city, so be prepared to meet a cockroach or two.
