Was emailed the morning of my arrival that they could no longer accommodate me due to maintenance emergency. I said I would work with them and they said they could accommodate me in 2 days. Arrived two days later to no one to meet me. Messaged and waited 2 hours to be told the door is open and to check myself in. Once inside the suite was gutted no bedding, curtains or kitchen supplies. Took 2 days to get kitchen supplies, 3 days for curtains and 4 days for a blanket. Had daily issues including no water for 3 days in a row. Bed was infested with ants and had to go to the medical clinic to be treated for bug bites. Owner asked to talk me in my suite. I agreed thinking it was to talk about the partial refund that we agreed upon. Owner came to my suite with a sales pitch to invest $2.5 million PHP over three year with a 30% return on my investment for renovations. Still have not received my refund and the owner is now ghosting me.

The location was perfect for my needs.

the tv wasn't working in the unit I stayed at but they told me that apon arrival and offered me a different room if I chose. I checked out the other unit but liked the AC better in the first unit. So i can not fault them. They gave me the options and I chose the unit with the better AC over the TV

We stayed here during the storm and felt completely safe. The kitchenette is so handy and useful. Plus, it's close to all amenities. A good place to stay if you want to cook, chill, or stay during a storm.

This is my second time booking at this homestay villa, and once again, it has exceeded my expectations. The property is well-maintained, spacious, and offers a very comfortable stay.

The property is a villa that offers complete privacy, and the surroundings are very quiet and peaceful. Despite this, it is conveniently close to the tourism road and beaches, making it easily accessible to everyone.

Just had our best vacation in Siargao. The staff of ameeza are very proactive and responsive with our request. The property is quiet distance from the center but it can be walked for about 5 minutes. The room is clean and cozy.
