"In short the stay was good, barring some defiecency in service and hatred to booking.com customers"

The resort is situated in good location, with good vies of Tea estates. The food was good and it is made to order. The rooms and toilets are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful.

The rooms allotted to Booking.com online bookings is left out rooms with no views and we have no choice to change the rooms. The hotel has 3 floors, but no lifts and it is difficult for senior citizens to use the stairs if the rooms are allotted in the lower floors where the rooms are. The staff are friendly, but it appears they don't like customers who arrive thru online booking from booking.com. They do not provide toiletries and had to always get to reception to collect the same. Very few staff to take care of guest needs. There is no response for calls from room telephone to the reception. There is no car parking space and had to park the car on the roadside at a distance.
