Staff. Mr. Godwill at the reservation and front desk was very helpful. Even upgraded our room when I just mentioned that we should get something special as we were staying 3 nights. Room 103, the best room was given to us. Mr. John the all-in-one assistant was super friendly and efficient. The owner himself met us and guided us, arranging cabs and suggesting itineraries. Very happy.

The surroundings of the hotel has a lot of garbage which becomes an eysore.

"Comfortable stay, except for the ongoing construction work."

The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff were friendly and informative

There was a spider in the bathroom. There was a wired smell in the hotel because of construction work, But the debris and dust were adequately managed to a tolerable level. Access to the hotel is a bit narrow with limited parking space.

Very friendly and cooperative staff. Rooms are neat and clean. Location not far from downtown. In room dining available.

Food quality slightly needs to be improved taste wise. Wooden table and panel are made of dismantled parts of old trucks - looks bit odd with lot of burn holes. minimal parking facilities but manageable staff will help. Very minimum amenities.
