This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Casa Molina in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Pool is closed from Tue 01 Oct 2024 until Sun 27 Apr 2025 A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Credit card fee is 3% - 5% depending on country/credit card. Heating costs from 1.11.-31.3. 20 KW are included. Higher requirements are charged at 0.40 cents per KW A domestic animal must be approved and there is a fee of 35 Euros to be paid prior of arrival. Otherwise the pet will not be permitted. A surcharge applies for arrivals after 8 pm. All requests for late arrival must be confirmed by the property. A deposit may be required at the property.
