The place is clean with comfortable furniture and a nice view. The place is cozy, quaint and super cute. OK for the right price.

Acces is awkward, No room to turn the car around from the parking space. Steep, narrow stairs to the attic/loft, the rooms are tiny, there is a persistent smell in the bathroom, drainage is bad, and water pressure is low so that the hot and cold water are not mixing.
