Palma House Kelingking

The position is great.

You can’t close the glass door and the garden is totally open. You get a key but from the outside you can open the door with a card that’s how easy it is, if you staying few days you have to take your valuables with you. For one night is ok but for more not. I hope the owners will change the door or put some extra lock.

New-built house, the owner is very nice and friendly!

Might need better shower facilities

Room was not clean like should be. Breakfast is not included coffee, you need to pay separate.

The location was very nice, directly in a small town/village with nice restaurants and just a few minutes away from breath taking Kelingking Beach. It was clean, the bed was comfortable, the location was quiet. The woman working in the kitchen was very friendly and ambitious.

There was no room service. It was very hard to communicate with the staff as noone knows how to really speak english. One of the reasons we chose this hotel were the fotos of the breakfast online, but as we asked for fresh fruits they were charged additionally without prior notice. The staff made an error regarding the billing of the shuttle service and was not willing to correct this mistake, so we were charged too much money.

Exactly as the pictures, good space, very clean, with accommodating towels, toothpaste and brush, but no hair dryer. Very beautiful view from the room. Extremely close to Kelinking beach, 5 minutes walk. And an ok breakfast.

All the markets around it sell things at much higher prices than they actually are. So you can't even buy water without being scammed twice the price

It was very clean and the location was perfect, about 5 minutes from the Kelingking beach viewpoint.. The staff was super friendly and I was able to rent a scooter (and book a snorkel tour) directly through them. The room has airconditioning and the breakfast omelette was very good.

The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We arrived early in the morning in Nusa Penida and they accommodated us. They let us check in early since the room was already clean and ready early in the morning. The property is very close to Kelingking beach.
