Lage war gut, sicht auf Elba und das Meer, Parkplätze waren immer vor dem Haus vorhanden, Stadt fussläufig zu erreichen.

Küche war schlecht ausgestattet, sehr veraltet, Sauberkeit bei Töpfen und Kochgeschirr liess zu wünschen übrig, Wenn man die Waschmanschine einschaltet und eine Klimaanlage läuft, ist stets die Sicherung ausgefallen, gleichzeitig ging nicht. Die Fenster ließen sich kaum, schlecht öffnen oder schliessen, ebenso die Insektenschutz rollos und Rollos - auch das sehr veraltet, die Fenster waren zudem nicht gepuzt.
