Harbour View Apartment

The apartment was clean and there was no noise,it was so relaxing.

There were wardrobes we were not supposed to open,in the apartment.and that made us very uncomfortable and curious during our stay.

The security guy that gave me the key first day was not even a bit good, he was so rude and did not even bother explaining somethings

The cleanliness of the place The view Furniture in very good condition The safety of the place The Lady(Mbali) she was the best in everything. She was just one call away with any questions

The place is closer to the beach and other shops. Walking distance from all the places. Mbali was very helpful. She called and told me they were expecting me. I felt special.

Nothing

Location wise, it’s near the beach and restaurants which was a bonus. Transportation runs till late. Someone met us in the building to handover keys and to answer any questions we had. Literally everything was provided you know, small things like salt, cooking oil, seasonings, cleaning stuff and shower gels which made our first night a bit easier since we hadn’t picked up any proper groceries. This was very helpful. Thank you so much for accommodating us. Love your apartment and enjoyed our stay.

There was an issue with Netflix, couldn’t connect because too many people are using the same account. That was the message we got. Wi-Fi was brilliant so we were able to connect to other devices. It would be better to put small mats on the floor in the bathroom and bedrooms when we step out of bed instead of these towels. There was a glass with a crack which shouldn’t have been placed with the good ones because in the end that piece completely broke up. Not sure if the freezer temperature wasn’t set correctly because it kept beeping now and again and leaking at the bottom but did place a towel to soak up the water.

The view from the apartment was wonderful and the convenience of the location much appreciated, places of interest were just a stone throw away.

Great location... Not far from the beach and restaurants. Actually everything was perfect we loved it.
