Zama Suites

The place was fantastic, we booked 3 rooms in total. The one on the highest floor had exceptional view, but all rooms were very comfortable and all had terraces. It was very clean and during our stay we got new towels even though we didn't expect it. Dionisis was extremely helpful, always in touch to answer our questions. He gave us plenty of recommendations of plaaces and activities. We even rented boat to go to the turtle island from him and also he helped us by booking a boat tour for the shipwrek and caves. We had amazing time in Zama suits, the location is perfect - in 5 minutes walking distance to the center and the port. Everything was great.

The only thing that was difficult during our time of arrival was the parking. It's free to park in the streets, but most of them are narrow, so we had to park a bit further. However, every day we were able to find a spot near the apartments, so it wasn't a real problem.

The loft suite may be compact but it has a stunning view. We did not take advantage of dining on the terrace, but I imagine it would have been spectacular. Dionysios, the apartment manager is fantastic, he is helpful and kind and it seems that nothing is too much for him. I cannot recommend this apartment and its manager enough. We had a great stay.

As older people the 47 stairs to the top is the only downside, but still worth it. It could do with a few hooks on the wallls for towels, clothes etc.

The floors where a bit dirty with hair and dust Shower leaks into the main living area, have to clean up with the towels every shower.

Room is not huge, but it's big enough for 2 people. It's a small apartment, so it has a small couch, a tv, a small kitchen and the suite. It also has a balcony, but nothing special about the view - at least from our unit. Bathroom is small, but it has everything you need. Owner is really helpful, and is always making sure that everything's ok. He also suggested some restaurants and places to go, and was always really kind. Location is really good, it's a 5-minute walk to the Main Street in Zante.

The building is narrow, and it has no elevator - so it gets really tricky to go up and down with suitcases. Parking is only available on the street, and it's not that easy to find a spot. Also, streets are really narrow and it's not possible to access the building's street by car - so you have to park nearby and walk. Access to the Main Street from the building requires going up and down a 40-step staircase, plus the stairs inside the building, so if you have any mobility restriction this place is not for you. Bathroom has a partial glass wall, so you basically can see whoever is with you in the room taking a shower - if you're a couple maybe that's ok, but if you're not, it will be weird.

Dionysios was an absolute legend! Went above and beyond for us. Also, The overall vibe of the room and its location to the main town. It was perfect

Room big enough for two people, with a great balcony view overlooking the riviera. The host Diosynios was extremely kind and helpful. The location of the apartment is perfect, walking distance from restaurants and cafes, supermarkets , petrol pumps. Helpful and prompt room service. Perfect for couples.

An incredible view of Zakynthos town and the sea! An excelent location, very close to restaurants, shops and the promenade. Very clean apartment, with something to eat for breakfast ou a snack and a bottle of mineral water in the fridge. The owner, Dionisis, picked us up at the bus station, we appreciated it a lot. He was very friendly and gave us some precious tips about Zakynthos, so we were able to maximaze our 2 days stay on the island.

To have an amazing view, the cost was to stay on the 4th floor without an elevator and we couldn’t enjoy the terrace as much we wanted due to the hot weather even at night in august.
