"A friendly and nice place to stay in the old part of Bikaner"

The staff were very helpful and tried very hard to please ( they were successful). The manager was attentive and if there was a problem then he would see to it straight away. The guesthouse was in a great location in the old city and close to many havelis in the area , also the location was in a family area so the feeling was very different to staying in a commercial style hotel . Locals were exceptionally friendly and were willing to engage in conversation. Overall we had a great experience visiting Bikaner where there are very few indipendant visitors from overseas

The only fault that I could find was that the pillow felt like it was made of concrete

"Absolute recommendation for the new Moon Haveli!"

The Moon Haveli is a new Haveli and we were like the second guests. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Everyone was trying to make the stay better and help with information about Bikaner. It was no problem to check in early, as we arrived very early in the morning. Wi-Fi worked without any problems. It was very clean, we had a big room and the staff really tried to make the stay better. Breakfast was tasty and we could decide about the breakfast time. Also late Check-out was no problem. The staff also can arrange trips or camel safari, if one wishes that. One of the best experiences so far in India! Absolute recommendation!
