Great location - close to tourist attractions and a short walk from the bus station for coach travel to the airport/other towns. Very clean, tidy and modern space with a well stocked kitchen filled with tea/coffee/spices/cereal and milk. Jelena also left biscuits which was a lovely consideration. She was a great host - friendly, communicative and provided detailed instructions on accessing the apartment. I would recommend this place:)

Bathroom has a frosted sliding door which offers minimal privacy when it's in use - you can hear everything. The apartment is close to the entrance gate and street so there was some noise in the early mornings and evenings. It is also worth noting that the apartment has one window which is adjacent to the entrance gate and street. With people (coming and going from the other apartments) walking past this often and being able to see into the room, I didn't feel able to open this window fully so we didn't get much natural light into the room. However, I don't expect this to be a major issue since you'll likely be out most of the day, sightseeing.

Our host Jelena was so kind, excellent pre-arrival communication, worked to get the room clean early, met us in person, and gave us great advice to support our stay in Split. She connected us with an excellent tour service who provided a boat rental and captain for the day to explore the nearby islands. The apartment was clean, stylish, and had everything we could need. The beds are new and quite comfortable. The location is absolutely ideal - many restaurants right out the door, and it's within walking distance of everything in Split. The courtyard which we had access to was particularly lovely.

The house is situation on a main street and at night, it can be noisy with tourist conversations just below us. It was much better if we closed all the windows. If you're a light sleeper, this is worth knowing, but the place is otherwise perfect!

Perfect central location, easy to access and close to many attractions, bus station and restaurants. Walking distance from the port and the center. Beautiful beaches are 10-15 minutes far by the bus. Jelena, our super host, was very welcoming and friendly. She guided us all the way until we reached the apartment and throughout our stay. She provided us with very useful and practical information about the city which helped us a lot in exploring the charming Split. We were extremely lucky to have met her!

Jelena ist eine fantastische Gastgeberin, bei Ankunft hat sie uns direkt eine Reihe von Restaurants empfohlen und viele Tipps für die Stadt mitgegeben. Auch während unseres Aufenthaltes war sie immer gut erreichbar, hat Fragen beantwortet und sich nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt. Die Lage ist auch fantastisch, sowohl in die Innenstadt, als auch zum Startpunkt der Spazierrouten im Marjan-Park sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Vom Fenster aus hört man am Abend das geselligen Treiben in den Straßen, was aber keinesfalls störend war, sondern eher zur gemütlichen Stimmung beigetragen hat. Wir hatten am Anfang vor, uns Fahrräder zu leihen, aber das braucht es gar nicht, weil eh alles fußläufig ist. Wenn man sich abends noch etwas nach draußen setzen möchte, kann man das im sehr hübsch hergerichteten Hinterhof an einen großen Steintisch, der den Gästen gemeinsam zur Verfügung steht. Das Bett war bequem, Wasserdruck in der Dusche top und die Küche war auch gut mit Basics ausgestattet. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder hierher kommen! 🧡

Perfect location, in a private courtyard, with plenty of restaurants nearby. Main esplanade of Split is about a 3 minute walk away, and is nearby a prime location to catch taxis, buses and ubers. The studio is lovely, clean and well decorated. Had all the essentials when we arrived, and other nice extras like olive oil, water, shampoo, shower gel. Seating/ outdoor area was lovely and private. Jelena was amazing- a caring and thoughtful host. She went above and beyond for us. Definite value for money :)

This appartment was one of the best we have ever stayed at. It was so clean and beautiful presented. It had coffee and biscuits and everything else you need. A lovely out door area beautiful set out.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Accoglienza, posizione centrale ma fuori dalla bolgia è vicino ai migliori ristoranti, ampia metratura, letto comodo, giardino esterno, pulizia e profumo. La struttura è super accessoriata (ferro da stiro, zona per stendere, kit per cucito, …).
