"Still enjoyed our stay."

Near the tourist area. Got a lot of meal options right outside within a few mins walk.

The rain shower outside the master bedroom is not working. The switch is broken. The both heaters takes a long time to heat up the water. Waited for more than 5 mins after switching on the heater.

Beautiful, spacious facility. Great location easy walking distance to local attractions

We understand the needs for security but to have an access card to exit is bothersome especially if there's an emergency & you need to exit the building quickly. Also, access to the river was not easy.

Easy check in / out process. Facilities had everything you could possibly want for a short or medium stay.

Little unprepared for no toilietries or basic drinks (coffee / tea) but not an issue, just would have been a bit differently prepared.
