Ośrodek równocześnie przyjmuje grupy kolonijne. Brak osobnej sali dla klientów indywidualnych. Godziny śniadań wspólne dla wszystkich. W efekcie tłok przy szwedzkim stole i co oczywiste, gwar i hałas. Poszczególne pokoje oddzielone cienkimi ściankami działowymi, prawdopodobnie z płyt OSB. W efekcie dokładnie słychać każde słowo i każdy dźwięk w pokoju obok.
