Konglor Khamchalern Guesthouse and Restaurant

Le cadre est vraiment magnifique, très reposant. Nous sommes bien placé pour ensuite aller visiter la Konglor Cave. Le bungalow contient des moustiquaires ce qui est très utile avec l’humidité.

Pas mal de déchets à l’extérieur ce qui est dommage dans un si bel endroit.

Cadre majestueux ..gerants sympa qui cuisinent bien.

Le souci de Konglor c'est que des hordes de motards débarquent, excités jusque vers minuit et forcement ça n'est plus aussi paisible qu'on aimerait..d'autant qu'en face il y a un autre hotel resto..et des clients débridés☹️

Very kind owners who helped me Organize transportation to get from Pakse - Thakhek - Konglor in one day. The location is great! They offer food here on site (The ginger fried veggies here are really yummy) and there are several good restaurants within a very short walking distance. You can also walk right to the cave entrance and book a boat (during dry season. 3 people maximum per boat). There was no waiting time for us. We really enjoyed it! The rooms all have stunning views, they are comfy little bungalows with hammocks. It’s very quiet and you can get a good nights sleep. What I also liked about the rooms is that the windows have good screens so you can leave them open for the nice breeze without worrying about bugs getting in.

The only thing that is maybe worth mentioning is that there is no electricity between 8am and 5pm- so also no showers/fan/ac etc. maybe it was temporary but it was like that for our 3 day stay.
