El apartamento estaba cómodo y tenía lo funcional . La Srta. que nos atendió muy amable. Teníamos aparcamiento.

El ascensor era mini, preferí subir por las escaleras. La sala de espera y recepción pequeña.

Acomodação ampla, limpa, com roupa de cama e banho de excelente qualidade. É um apartamento e não um quarto de hotel.

Apesar de ser um apartamento de dois dormitórios, o banheiro é apertado e estava entupido o ralo do chuveiro.

le manque d'équipement dans la cuisine ne permet pas de cuisiner. C'est clairement un appartement pour dormir mais pas un lieu de vie.

The room we had was very nice and comfortable. It was clean and the staffs were accommodating with our requests. The place is also convenient and safe.

Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile nel fornire consigli per dove cenare e anticipare l'orario della colazione. Appartamento pulito e in una posizione centrale rispetto al centro.

Consiglio alla struttura di specificare bene l'orario della colazione, visto che diversi tour di visita della città iniziano alle 9 del mattino, così si decide se includere o meno il servizio. L'ultima mattina non siamo riusciti a fare la colazione all'orario richiesto. Disponibile il parcheggio libero al di fuori della struttura.

The location is quite central. Big space. Very excellent 24 hour service available. Fresh and on the spot breakfast prepared at the roof top! The services provided by William and Isham are really commendable. They are very prompt and sincere in providing the services needed eg. William gave the hairdryer almost immediately after I texted in late evening and Isham rushed to accommodate our request for earlier breakfast so we can go for our early local tour. The owner also personally called to ensure that everything is in order re breakfast as there was some slight delay. I would really recommend this place for a fuss-free stay in central Casablanca!

As the apartment is located in a small lane, some cars hired cannot find the small lane. The sliding doors for the balcony do not really work well. There is only 1 toilet in the apartment and there were ants in some part of the toilet. Some of the electrical sockets are old and are not working well. Having said the above, the personnel services in the apartment is so excellent that it is more than mitigated all the smaller things that we do not like…
