Lakefront Luxury Penthouse central Queenstown

Great views from the patio & lounge room.

The bedrooms are quite small & the patio area appeared dirty with cobwebs

Great location. Good layout for two adult couples.

Single parking space. Rubbish bin full of smelly trash on arrival.

It was in a good position with great views.The shower had high water pressure.The beds were comfortable. It had all the equipment of a home. Communication with the owners was also very prompt.

The location and the view were exceptional. The couch in the living room was so comfortable to relax at night. The elevator was a big plus.

The bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable for us. Feel like an old mattress… Some TLC and adjustments are required in this condo. The way it is actually it is not a 4* in our opinion.

The house is very pretty, nice kitchen, big living room and stunning lake views from the balcony. Balcony is very large with many seating areas and tables. Short walk to main city centre and overall very comfortable living space.

The view is AMAZING and the location can’t be beat. Everything we needed and more! Such a comfortable place to arrive after a 32 hour journey! Great communication.

Location

Location was fantastic a perfect view without having to walk down the hill to go to the restaurants and back up again. Huge balcony. We had overcast days which made the view change ever few minutes large living areas with comfortable beds. Everything you need they had. I could just have stayed sitting on the balcony with a drink and some food and not moved for the five days we stayed.

Driveway was a bit steep to walk up but very short. Could be a problem for people with a handicap. When leaving on the last day don’t look back at the view as you will go back and take more photos.

For this holiday, we wanted to have a relaxing yet enjoyable and fun-filled activities in Queenstown. At the same time, we also aimed to have some downtime in between activities hence I chose a roomy accommodation during these times. Lakefront penthouse had by far fulfilled our expectations, from the amazing location (short walk to town, lakeside/beach, bus pickup for Milford Sound Cruise) with uninterrupted views of the lake and the mountains, well equipped facilities and accommodating host. We are definitely going back to this beautiful place, and will always love to stay again here =)

There's nothing to dislike about the place.

Perfect location, perfect views, perfect apartment. Spacious and very comfortable. Could not fault it, and would stay again. Walking distance to the centre of Queenstown. Highly recommend. Proprietors are friendly, accommodating, with great communication leading up to the stay and after.. Thank you!!
