It was spacious

It doesn’t look like the pictures. VERY dark. The A/C and heater didn’t work, but I was able to get in touch with the host who turned on heater and said she’d sent someone to fix A/C- but didn’t. My husband got very sick and I asked for more towels- host was going to send them over- but didn’t. I also asked for receipts for our stay several times and they haven’t been emailed to me.
