Modern Apartment in Liverpool with Fast Wi-Fi, Ideal for Long Term Stays

The place was freezing cold. Asked the host to take a look and promised someone will be there to look at it and promised to bring portable heater that did not happen. I had to warm my bed with hair drier for 3 nights that i was there. Asked for compensation but was only given 35£.

Getting the key with all the luggage wasn't the easiest if travelling alone

Location good and apartment was reasonably quiet. Shower and oven worked well and the fan was good

overall cleanliness was not good- particularly around the toilet area which had not been properly cleaned and some of the plates were dirty. There was no tea towel despite a request and the bedroom blind was broken and not fixed despite a request and despite spending over 2000 pounds on the accommodation for 3 weeks a change of linen was going to be an extra cost

It was a comfortable flat for its size and I slept well. The kitchen was well-appointed with a toaster, microwave, stove, and two burners, equipped with adequate pots and crockery. I was there for three weeks and I would consider returning.. The sofa was firm because it acts as a sofa bed but there were plenty of cushions. For warmer days there was a floor-standing fan. The bathroom was smallish but this is the UK and you had adequate shelving. There was tea coffee and sugar plus salt and pepper available on arrival. The supermarket was close by.

You had to pick up the keys from a convenience store and when checking out drop the keys off at the convenience store that is a great hassle when you are alone with a couple of suitcases as the store is a10 minutes walk and uphill on the way back. A lock box would be far more convenient. The shower stall could have be supplied with a bathmat and the shower floor is smooth and slippery. The kitchen didn't have any dishcloths or scouring pad to wipe surfaces or clean pots with but there were kitchen towels. Unfortunately, all the bedroom closet shelves were occupied with linens including the closet floor. For guests with longer stays and using a laptop, an office chair with rollers would make all the difference but this is very commom omittance with UK flats.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the location of the property was perfect

The bathroom needs a very good scrub and needs to be fixed as the shower door kept coming of.

The location was fantastic, the host was very responsive and helpful and the apartment was spacious, clean and nicely decorated! Great WIFI too!

The couch and the bed need improvement

Property is in an excellent location.

Fantastic location for visiting our daughter at University of Liverpool. Really close to centre, but without the noise. Apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Excellent communication from host. Would recommend.

The mattress on the bed was a little too soft for our taste.
