The room was not the one I booked, it had nothing as a basic things in the room.

Staff was kind shame

Water was cold, walls needs paint, electricity flips when plugging the kettle, swimming pools not clean

The pool

No one at the receptionist at out check-in time, no one available to ask questions, like some one to fix tv, restaurant closes on our arrival, 15:00,we had to drive back to get food elsewhere. No Aircorn,had to open the door, since there are no windows.

Plenty parking space and exterior design

No microwave,kettle,no windows in the room,no aircon..bedding not changed staff not checking up on guests

●The apartments were spacious and group friendly.

●There was no cutlery and pots in the self-catering apartments upon arrival. ●The apartments were not clean. ●There was miscommunication that led to a verbal argument with the receptionist. ●The rooms were not cleaned upon arrival. ●Upon requesting cutlery and pots for the self-catering rooms, the receptionist was washing the plates in the reception area, which shows they were left unclean. ●The first room we were taken to was smelling badly. ●We slept 2 nights, but the cleaning stuff never came to clean one of the apartments we were booked in until we left on Sunday. ●When about to cook, some of the pots were found dirty.

The location, the rooms, they are very clean and comfortable.

When we arrived the ladies at reception said they are fully booked yet I made the booking a week prior. It was very late and we did not have any other place and money to book as we had already paid to them. But at the end we got our rooms. Was very dissappinted by that.

Staff is awesome (Pam and Thesh). Perfect 👌🏽 for staff endyear functions, school group tours and kids tours... awesome activities 👏🏼
