Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, centrum. Blisko restauracje . W budynku obok sklep spożywczy. Do Pałacu Kultury 10 min spacerem. Apartament bardzo czysty.

Przydało by się trochę spokojniejsze oświetlenie , to które jest nie daje komfortu wieczornego odpoczynku .

"Tolle Lage mit schönen Ausblick. Bei geringen Investitionen in das Mobiliar wäre es hervorragend."

Sehr gute zentrale Lage mit Tiefgaragenstellplatz.

Das Mobiliar und das Bad war zum Teil in die Jahre gekommen und abgenutzt.
