"Charmant appartement aux portes de la vieille ville"

Charmant appartement parfaitement situé aux portes de la vieilles ville de Perugia. Alessandra (notre hôte) a été très disponible et pro-active dans les diverses explications à fournir (comment arriver, diverses possibilités de parking, etc...). L'appartement est grand et bien équipé. Très confortable et fonctionnel.

"Spacious and tastfullyy decorated apartment and exceptionally helpful host"

Spacious and clean apartment with balcony in both bedrooms. Nice (sun set) view from one of the balconies. Tastfully decorated. Well equipped kitchen, salt, coffee, tea, olive oil, all was availabe. Kitchen towles, hand soap, shower gel and other items were present. Exceptional host, waited for us at the top of the stairs and guided us to the house. Bottle of wine and water in the fridge. Much appreciated.

Take note that you have to take 2 stairs and a 50 meters up hill, to reach the apartment and once inside anoher 3 flight of stairs to take you to the apartment. Car could be parked (free of charge) but a long staircase up back to the house. So if you have a several bags of luggage we found it quite an effort to get everything into the apartment. This could have been explained better in the description of the accommodation.

The property is in an excellent location, yet in a quiet and peaceful area. There is free parking and essential amenities in the area. The flat itself is very nice and well equipped, you could practically live there. The staff are extremely polite and helpful, this definitely sets this property apart. Thank you very much.

Large apartment in a quiet area at arm length from City center

The bed was large. Unfortunately, the mattress was too soft for me and i could hardly sleep
