It was clean comfortable and spacious. They had a great set up in a communal area where they had a microwave, plates etc bamboo cutlery and sauces if you needed them. Also an ironing board and iron. Tea and coffee facilities were provided in the room.

The road noise. Not bad but we are not used to it. As it’s an older building with sash windows it would be difficult to provide double or triple glazing.

Great location, I was visiting my daughter who lives on the same road. Botanic is very close with lots of eating options and a train station that will get you around the city and to the airport. Room was clean, nice shower, coffee and a fridge.

There is nothing wrong with this place. I had a nice, quiet room. But if you need something outside office hours, you will not be able to reach them. When I arrived, there was no WiFi, which I needed for work, and there was basically no way of reaching anyone. They simply do not seem to want to be reached. This could have been a real problem if I had trouble getting in, so I honestly do not understand not having some sort of emergency contact number available.

It was a quiet place. The room was very clean, cozy and comfortable. The wifi worked well. It didn't have the problem mentioned in other reviews.

The hair blower was broken. Since there was no reception, I didn't call the staff to replace one for me. Additionally, the hotel doesn't have cleaning for the room and requests guest to take out the litter when they checked out, but the hotel doesn't leave any alternative bin bags.
