I booked my stay a week before I arrived. Fabhotels contacted me to ask for a deposit, which I paid. A couple of days later they sent me a message saying my hotel has been booked, with a confirmation. On my day of arrival, I get to the hotel only to be told there are no rooms left. When I protested and showed my booking reference number along with the deposit I had paid, they told me that it wasn't their fault, and that FabHotels is a third party organization and that they hadn't forwarded the reservation to them. I then contacted FabHotels who apologized and told me they would find me another hotel. 1 1/2 hours later, still nothing. I kept phoning them and each time I was put on the phone with a new member of staff, and I had to explain everything from the beginning each time. Eventually, the hotel owners gave me a room (which had been seemingly vacant the whole time... why they didn't give it to me in the first place is beyond me). The whole thing was a disaster. I had travelled from Pune and only had a limited time in Mumbai, and had to change my plans because of the hold up and ended up being too late for the event I had travelled for. After everything I wasn't even offered any kind of compensation or refund. Word of advice: DO NOT book through these guys.

My booking was not done properly, and property stated they never received any confirmation or booking information in timely... and yet you guys wanted money upfront... good thing i did not or was not able to pay, else i would have been run-around by you guys for refund.... will never use in my next trip, FabHotel Corporate Apartments.
