"They told me via message to cancel the night before my stay with no explanation"

I never went there. Horrible. Unsure it exists.

They told me I couldn't come there with no reason the night before after I messaged them first to confirm my check in time the next day. I had it booked for months. They asked me to cancel the reservation which would leave me with the bill so instead I called booking com at 10 pm ( when I wanted to originally check into that accommodation at 3 pm the next day (I was insanely sick btw and had almost no voice so calling was fun)) who then contacted them and then cancelled it for me so I would get my money back, had to book a hotel brand for double the price the day before This was for going to Download festival Highly unreliable accommodation, seems very unprofessional
