La tranquillità del sonno e la qualità del materasso.

La posizione della zona giorno al piano terra direttamente sulla zona di manovra delle auto. La scala a chiocciola per raggiungere la zona notte (di difficile praticabilità per chi ha problemi di mobilità).. Le finestre del bagno al p1 e della camera matrimoniale che affacciano su un cavedio.
