Breakfast was solid - both Japanese and Western items, solid baths, wellness products.

Rooms were a bit small.

The free daily breakfast, onsen, the customer service, daily towel delivery, and access to laundry facilities. The selection of types of pillows was a great addition! The cleanliness of the onsen was reassuring. We liked how secure the hotel is. They lock the main entrance at midnight, there's a separate elevator to go up to the lobby, and numbered codes instead of keycards to access your room.

The scented laundry detergent pods that were provided. If you prefer unscented the convenience store should have travel size detergent.
