Beechwood Lodge Serviced Apartment

Good location, friendly neighbours within the building, felt safe and secure but freedom to come in and out as well. Property have provided more than enough towels and toiletries for two people.

I have used the oven but didn't know how to switch the fan, it would be good to have that information beforehand as extractor fan/light is not quite straightforward.

Very clean and modern. Lovely little place although we had a few problems getting in and out as none of the gates wouldn’t with any of the keys we had. Keys didn’t work on the gates

The location was good, not far from the Earlsdon High street.

The instructions for check-in weren't very clear; although it was easy to access the keys, there was no explanation about which way to unlock the door for the flat. Additionally, the key for the pedestrian gate did not work, so we had to use the main gate for entry/exit every time. We had reserved a cot, but it wasn't there on our arrival and had to be dropped later. We went with the expectation that there would be a high chair as advertised under facilities, but were informed that we had to book the high chair in advance. These experiences meant that while we expected a family friendly environment, it wasn't entirely appropriate for our toddler. One of the towels had a stain on it, and there was no brush or broom to sweep up messes, which made it difficult to keep clean. Overall, we were disappointed as it did not meet expectations, and communication was quite poor as we had to constantly message instead of simply speaking on a phone (when I tried to call, it was very noisy, and I was told to message instead).

On-site parking and electric charging with locked gates

Not having normal tv, there where TV’s in each room but you need the apps to watch normal channels,some have been locked with user logins so you could not access them

The deco of the apartment was extremely easy on the eye and of high quality. The location was brilliant as it's only 8 mins from Coventry Rail Station and sits on a bus route with frequent bus times. The extra personal touches i.e. plug in fragrances, tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, tea towels and kitchen rolls made a massive difference to how welcoming it felt and we could get settled quickly. High recommend this accommodation and will definitely return to stay if ever in Coventry in the future.
