Casa Sgarzarie exclusive apartment

Near everything because it was in the city center.

When I arrived at the building and inside the apartment we identified the following: 1. The code for the lock box provided with one day before the arrival was changed and we stayed outside for 15 minutes with 2 kids, but no success, so we had to call the owner who informed us that the code was changed with a new one in the morning; 2. Inside the apartment was cold (18 degrees). Even if we had to change the degrees at the console in the living room, it was still cold until we checked the radiators which were closed. So again we had to call the owner to understand that they were closed by previous people who rent the apartment. Even if we made it to work, it took one day to have 21 degrees in the apartment. In my opinion, here the fault has the owner who didn't checked the radiators and console. Plus, if you know that someone comes to your place with or without kids, you have to warm the apartment because it is winter outside, not summer; 3. The other issue that we had was the radiator in one of the rooms which didn't work at all. It was clear for us that the owner didn't check anything on our arrival; 4. On the first night, some people who rented the apartment from the same floor were discussing loudly. Besides this, they wanted to get inside the apartment in the middle of the night when everyone was sleeping. Also, knocked a few times and inserted the key to get inside. To not comment that everyone was scared and the kids were crying. We informed the owner during the night of what happened and she said that we will discuss with the other owner, but no success because next night we were coming in front of the door were talking loud and then a lot of noise in one of the bedrooms. It was a nightmare for 2 nights; 5. The apartment is ok where it is placed, but at the first floor are 2 restaurants where people who are leaving talking very loud.

Everything was amazing and the host was really helpful

Great location as close to both main Piazza's. Lots of restaurant options and sightseeing nearby. Very well equipped appartment and comfortable set up with good space. I would certainly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Verina ar a sensible price

I like a softer more comfortable bed

Όλα ήταν υπέροχα

Lovely clean and well equipped. Lounge, dinning and kitchen open plan Accesed the key on arrival via key safe. Host was easy to contact during station. Comfortable beds. About 100 metres from Piazza Del Erbe. Lovely and warm, with full central heating. The Christmas tree the host provided was a lovely touch.

To be expected being in the centre, can be noisy at night. Took earplugs and had no problem.
