Es hat alles einfach und unkompliziert funktioniert. Sehr netter Kontakt. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles da was macht braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Etwas ausserhalb aber Verona ist leicht mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Es hat auch einen Parkplatz. Ich kann die Wohnung nur empfehlen

The property is in a great location. It is just a few stops away from the train and bus stations and the historic city centre. The bus stop is located a few dozen metres away. The apartment is easily accessible, new and clean. The neighbourhood is quiet at night, and the blinds provide excellent protection from the sun. There is a large grocery store nearby. If I stay in Verona again, I will definitely consider this property.

The apartment lacks small items of equipment that would improve its functionality. These include shelves and hangers in the bathroom and at the entrance. The coffee machine and utensils such as plates and cutlery are rather inconveniently located. Since the property is new, I suspect this will be added and improved.

Apartamento muy limpio, perfecto para parejas con uno o dos niños. Bien comunicado con el centro a través de varias líneas de autobús. El barrio donde está ubicado tiene de todo: farmacia, restaurantes, cafeterías, supermercados... Y la plaza de parking va genial.

El barrio donde está ubicado es de gente trabajadora y hay mucha inmigración. Las diferencias culturales y la presencia ocasional de la policía incitan a la prudencia, aunque en ningún caso hubo ningún tipo de incidencia.
