Luxueux Appartement DOWNTOWN RABAT

TV worked nicely, lots of customisability with the lights, the couch was comfortable - the bed too. Felt safe, the staff were friendly. ATM, convenient store, "tramway" (train station), within 1minute walk. As well as some places to eat. The LEDs in the ceiling added a nice touch. Has a nice view onto the garden below from the window. Has a fridge to keep drinks chilled.

Couple ants spotted on the counter, and a trail of them under the bathroom door - wasn't cooking food while I was there - and wasn't bothered by them. Hard to notice them on the black counter though. You could hear the odd chatter in the hallway, but it was fairly quiet, and I slept well. The amenities provided were half full (hand soap/shampoo/body wash). The gap between the sink and shower might be a tight squeeze if you have a wide waist - thankfully I don't.

Great communication with the host. The apartment has the amenities you need and it is located in a great location (close to public transport and walking distance to main roads and attractions). Parking outisde was easy to find and free. Very good decoration.

Cleaning not in a good level

Awful stay. We arrived in the early evening after a super long drive and the place was still occupied by someone else (or at least it seemed to be anyway). Bedsheets unmade, urine in the bathroom, food left out on the table. We tried to call the owner and no response until 11pm - we had to find somewhere else ourselves. The owner did eventually apologise but when I explained that we had to pay extra for our last minute reservation elsewhere, he just ignored me. Terrible service and therefore I cannot recommend.

I didn't like that they ask for money to be left on the table for cleaning.

Very good location. 15 mins walk from Rabat Ville station. 5 mins walk from Hassan Mosque. Security guarded apartment block. Comes with all cooking equipment you could possibly want. Comfortable and clean and modern. On the 3rd floor. Quiet. There is a Carrefour supermarket just across the street as well.

There was an issue with the windows not closing properly. Other than that, 10/10
