I left the property on arriving as I was allocated a room in a corridor with no windows, which was not how the room was described in the listing.

I cancelled my booking and found alternative accommodation. I asked for a refund since the room was not as described and was assured I would receive a refund. It’s been 3 weeks and I haven’t received my refund or any communication from the management? i have been in contact with the property daily for an update and my messages are ignored - the management have ignored my messages showing a lack of trust and integrity.

Super comfortable bed with great sheets and pillows. Cold and quiet AC. Roomy bathroom. Nice big kitchen area although I didn't use it. Free water dispenser.

Small room and no bar fridge. Although there was a communal fridge in the kitchen area.
