Went shopping at QuickChek for food and beverages for the week.

The staff was very polite and friendly. The location for my event was convenient. The bed was comfortable.

There was an overwhelming perfume smell. The room felt damp and musty. There weren't enough towels in the room. There were no luggage racks available in the room. The TV was internet based and had to keep buffering. The walls were pretty thin so you could hear a lot of hall and other room noise.

Broken dead lock bolt and broken security door latch for main door. Exposed hazardous, sharp, broken wood from the bathroom door as there was no door lock downstairs bathroom. Foul smell and chlorine smell in room. Hazardous risky smell and lack of security. First night hotel stay needs to be refunded. Room was booked many days ago. Staff unable to provide explanation for lack of door locks for bathroom door and main doors dead bolt lock and security door latch. TV was not working. Complained to staff at reception after checking in and morning staff. Were unable to provide an alternative room similar to presidential suite for 6 people. 3 adults and 3 children were exposed to foul smell and chlorinated atmosphere smell in room 211. Had to keep children away from downstairs bathroom as no lock was present and sharp wood exposed which was a hazard. Repairman was sent to fix issues on Saturday 13th Sept. But this was at a convenience to all 6 guests who had to vacate the room.

This room was dirty. A smashed roach was on the bathroom wall. There were no washcloths towels, dingy, and old. roaches in the room. No accountability taken when brought up to management attention claims if someone has spoken up they would’ve done something. You don’t answer the phone not walking down. The hallway on my back is out because I had back surgery.

The property has a front area that is called the Lobby. It has no seating area in the said lobby, no furniture, no television, an empty space with a dirty carpet in the center. They used a satellite service for the television and this service is terrible. The television service is on and off and you cannot really watch anything in the television for more that 45 seconds. They don’t deserve my money. The place is still under renovation and fresh paint and fresh paint fume is noticeable and could be smelled by asthmatic and sensitive persons like me.

Le personnel s’amusait avec une voiture sur leur propre parking à vive . Un a faillit rentrer dans les voitures des clients ( cela les faisait rigoler)

Good president suite with 2 bedrooms and total of 3 double beds. Also 2 bathrooms are ok for a big family.

There is no microwave in the apartment, although there is a fridge and a small kitchen, but NO microwave!
