Central Belfast Apartments Windsor

Very clean. Close to nice restaurants and cafes. Good bus service to city centre.

Having to pay a £250 deposit. I thought that was a bit steep. However, they did make this clear before booking, and I received it back fairly promptly.

Lovely place , parking right outside your door so makes it easier with kids. The apartment was on the ground floor so felt more like a house than an apartment. The whole place heated up in five minutes after turning on the heating. Everything is either a five minute walk or a five minute drive away. Bath is big enough for two.

The only thing we didn’t like was we had to leave 😭 we should have booked it for the whole week.

It was clean, in a good quiet location and had plenty of parking

The apartment is lovely, modern, clean and cosy. Plus, it’s located in a fabulous area of Belfast with lots of restaurants and shops within a few minutes walk.

I felt that having to pay a £250 security deposit a bit over the top. As were the communications from the host about how you need to wash and dry all the plates and glasses that were used, as well as empty all the bins and put the rubbish outside, and the fine of £50 if you do the wrong thing with the key. I was there on business, so very short on time. There were 3 hand towels, but no bath towel. The messages and voicemails from the host didn’t seem to take any account of what I had already told them too. Not very customer-centric behaviours from the company who manage the property.

Pretty good location with parking.

No hot water for showers on first morning, WiFi and TV didn’t work on arrival. Bedroom carpets stained, floors not properly cleaned. All should have been checked before arrival, staff response it’s “unforeseeable”

It was a comfortable, modern design. Everything you need and in a great location. On site parking. Great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Great location, close to Lisburn Road! Very quiet estate! Apartment was very spacious and very nicely presented! Staff were lovely to deal with. It’s within walking distance of Ulster Museum and a host of great restaurants!

The property was well equipped.The location is in a great area,it’s 5 minutes from main road where bus stops take you to town it has a Tesco and a coop for shopping.The flat is ground floor with own entrance and a small veranda

Nothing was great an fryer would be a nice little extra 😊
