"Renovierungsbedürftig und ungemütlich"

Das Appartement liegt fast direkt am Strand., daher super Meerblick. Küchenausstattung war o.k.

Das Anmeldeprocedere war extrem umständlich. Die Kautionsabwicklung erfolgte außerhalb von Booking. Das Haus ist stark renovierungsbedürftig. Das Wasser in der Dusche lief schlecht ab. Die Möbel psssten nicht zueinander. Neu und alt bunt gewürfelt. Es war nicht gemütlich. Im Schlafzimmer gab es keine Nachttische und Leselampen. Der Balkon war nicht verschattet. Die angegene Parking-App funktionierte nicht.

"Fronte mare con vista fantastica"

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento 1 settimana in agosto, è in una bellissima posizione fronte mare e con vista fantastica. E' situato al 1° piano in una zona residenziale e tranquilla che garantisce risposo. Pulito, coerente con la descrizione, parcheggi a pagamento fronte casa. A poca distanza si trova un minimarket aperto anche la domenica e un bar/ristorante.

Il soppalco è ampio con 2 letti ma praticamente non condizionato in quanto il condizionatore è collocato più in basso. Funtana Meiga è bella ma hanno esagerato parecchio purtroppo nell'edificare. Nello specifico la camera da letto ed il bagno erano praticamente a ridosso degli spazi giardino delle case sul retro.

"Rapporto qualità prezzo inadeguato"

La posizione vista mare

Non trovare tutto funzionante: bombola gas era esaurita, ciambella water rotta, scarico water guasto, porta in legno non chiudeva. I danni sono stati riparati il secondo giorno (ad eccezione della porta)
